Our Magnesium Oil Body Spray is a concentrated topical magnesium preparation made using Zechstein magnesium chloride and purified water.
Each 10 sprays provides approximately 200 mg of magnesium. Rather than encouraging everyone to immediately use the full amount, we recommend starting gently and allowing your skin to become familiar with the product.

A word about tingling ⚡
Because this is a concentrated magnesium chloride solution, some people may notice a temporary tingling or prickling sensation when they first apply it. This sensation often becomes less noticeable with regular use as the skin becomes accustomed to the product, and typically passes shortly after application.
