I have insomnia I bought the fly agaric caps to help with my sleep. At first, I had a half a gram; I felt relaxed, but it did not help with the insomnia. The next day, I took a gram, and I felt a lot more sleepy. I then increased it to 2 grams That’s when I really noticed the difference. It was the best sleep I had in a very long time, and the dreams were super super vivid. When i woke up felt like a new person, relaxed, had a smile on my face, and loved it. Next time, I am going to try the other caps dried at the lower temp there supposed to help with focus and energy. My only gripe is that it takes a bit of time to figure out the right dose.
