I should of bought the 50ml tincture I have 2mls before bed every night the effects take 30minutes to 2 hours it starts off being lightly stimulating then becomes a sedative to help you drift off to sleep.
You wake up the next day feeling refreshed and it balances out the REM and Deep sleep cycles it also has had a permanent effect on my mood and cognitive function as well.
